linens, pillow cases were not clean. pillow itself without are dirty( needs to be changed with new ones) and I stayed 4 night and they give me one sets of towels ( 1 big 1 small) they should provide clean towels daily ( they said one sets of towel during the stay… what if I stay 1 week ?:) or one night only? it doesnt make any sense)

The facility was exactly what we needed.

The drain was clocked up, kindly have a look at that.

Not a lot but the best thing I can say was the air-conditioning was good. The location was good too.

It was the smallest 'apartment' I have ever stayed in, in my 35 years of travelling. You actually had to turn sideways passed the bed to get from one side to the other of the room. The shower was so small you couldn't turn round in it and the smell of damp in it was horrendous. I could go on but imagine the smallest room ever and this was smaller.

Location. Once you arrived at room, it was modern.

Creepy building, room on 4th floor, walkup no lift, walls and floors paper thin. Could hear others. Tiny wc and shower.

The location is great.

The room is beyond small. It looks small in the picture, but I can assure you it is even smaller in real life. The toilet and shower are in separate "rooms" that are so small, the doors cannot open without hitting the bed. The room did not seem clean, there was what appeared to be black mold in the shower. I was nauseous every time I entered the room until we left it. As soon as you take a shower, the entire room smells musty and moldy. My husband had bites all over his legs the first night staying there - we didn't see any bed bugs, but he didn't have the bites before then. There is absolutely NO place to put your suitcases other than on the bed, or standing beside the bed (or maybe on the gigantic table taking up a huge area). You can't even really move at all in there. You have to shuffle between the bed, the bathroom and shower doors and the sink. Only one person can move at a time unless you're on the other side of the bed from each other. The stairwell has light switches, which we didn't find until our second day there, so the staircase was pitch black morning and night - we used our phone flashlights until we saw the switches on the walls. As described by others, the staircase is quite old and steep. Our suitcases turn into backpacks, so that wasn't a problem for us, but the landings have holes in the floor and feels like you could break through it at any moment. Four steep flights was definitely a tough go after long days of touring hilly streets.
