location and check in process

shower did not have a handheld head as per the photos, it seems the owner goes cheap on repairs. place was clean but the shower was an exception. the place has a table that is a hassle, to open and close the windows you need to move that furniture because the lack of space. the place had a toilet smell every night on our way back from town, even when leaving the windows open all day. bed was great but let down by the pillows in great way

Unfortunately the only good thing was the location and they guy that helped us with what happened with the room.

When we arrived (9PM) we got the room’s key and when we opened the door we realised that the room was never cleaned after the last guest. Bed undone and trash everywhere. We called the number that they left us and the guy on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He changed the room for us for that night, telling us that we could have stayed there for the rest of the holiday and that they would have gave us a discount because of what happened and that maybe the cleaning ladies could have moved our things to the original room the day after (We didn’t agree to this last option). The day after, while we were around Lisbon, the told us that we had to move our things from the room and made us go back there while we were enjoying our day. The room was very small, bad uncomfortable, there wasn’t really a bathroom. Honestly, a real mess.

Great room on top floor, clean and self check-in was great and easy. Noise from the street was quiet with good quality windows.

Rooms were a little noisy with other people coming and going in the hallway but we were just the first room in the hallway so can't do much about it. Was a little cosy too but Other than that was great.

The best thing is the very convenient location.

Room is on the fourth floor of an old building without elevator. This should be better informed straight away and more clearly on the website.

The breakfast was really good, a mix of western and Morroco. Everything was really tasty. The host waited for us until 2 am because our flight was delayed. He was waiting for us to make everything was ok. The location was perfect.
