Location on a quiet street.

This room was TINY. The bed took up most of the room, but the little space that was left was filled with a huge round table, which made it difficult to open the back door or even put our suitcases down. The shower is not made for average size people. I literally had to squeeze (very uncomfortably) myself through the shower door because it was such a small opening. Once in the shower, you could not put your hands up to wash your hair normally. I also saw mold in the shower area. This room is technically on the 5th floor since they count ground floor as 0. The only way up was with a steep stairwell with no lights. It was almost completely pitch black the whole way up, which made taking our luggage up actually scary and dangerous. The balcony in our room seemed too unsafe to go on. When I leaned my hands on the railing , the railing was loose and shifted forward. We did not go back out there again. The room was within a very small hallway with other rooms, and you could hear every time someone came in. I paid more for this room than I did in my other two stays in Portugal (Lisbon and Porto), and it was by far the worst room. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else in lisbon.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share a warning to future travelers. One of the biggest issues was hygiene. For five whole days, we didn’t receive a single new towel or even a roll of toilet paper. I had to reuse damp towels the entire stay, in a climate as humid as Portugal’s, that’s completely unhygienic. I tried drying them outside, but it rained most of the time, and nothing ever dried properly. We requested fresh towels multiple times (especially as someone with a mold allergy), but for new towels you have to pay over 10 euros 🤣. The building had clear signs of mold and dampness, which made it incredibly uncomfortable and even a health concern for me. Plus, after multiple requests, we were told that toilet paper and towels were only provided at the beginning of the stay. I find that absolutely unacceptable for a multi-day booking. When we wrote to the “help number” they said they needed to review it with the team, but then again, no help/ response. To make matters worse, the hotel is located on the 4th floor of a very old building with no elevator. This was never mentioned in the description and made accessing the room exhausting, especially with luggage. The surrounding neighborhood, although central, was filled with street drug dealers and tourist traps. The street is full of homeless people who spend their time right in front of the building — I saw people literally urinating and defecating on the sidewalk just outside the entrance. The whole environment felt dirty and unsafe from the start. I had asked for a room with a view to the street, but instead, we were given one that looked out onto a creepy, half-collapsed abandoned building full of pigeons. It was honestly depressing to wake up to that every morning. I understand budget accommodation, but this wasn’t even about comfort, this was about basic hygiene and human decency. For the price and location, there are far better places to stay in Lisbon.

Everything was good with my room. I give the point rest because of the door handle at my room. Was broken and a bit difficult to use it. But the rest really good.

The room was clean,very good location. Possibility to prepare tea/ coffee in the room. Very good contact with the owner.

It was very cold in the night. There should have been more blankets. The shower was very uncomfortable.

Location was great. Easy to get in at 11 pm when we got here. Responsive staff when I had questions

I didn't like the tiny bathroom. Was so small, shower and toilet space

location was good and no disturbance also secure separate room and washroom and bathroom.

price for stay seemed a little bit high according to facilities. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights they gave 2 coffee and needed to ask if the room need to clean or not as we stayed 4 days.
