The location was good, the room LOOKED good

There was a dreadful plumbing incident and we had to find alternative accommodation in a hurry with no help from the non-existant staff. The problem had to have been already apparent, but the room was still sold. Also the room was extremely small with nowhere to place bags. To close the shutters, one had to pull the small table further into the room blocking the way around the bed. They have a hide asking that price for such a terrible setup

There was nothing good about our 4-night stay. The staff managing the 4th floor (with no elevator) were extremely rude and unhelpful. Every single request I made was denied, no matter how basic. Thankfully, one kind man helped us carry our luggage up the stairs — the only helpful gesture we experienced. During the entire stay, there was no room service, no bin removal, and no fresh towels provided. We were only given one roll of toilet paper for four days! Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Avoid this place if you value basic hospitality and cleanliness.

NOT LIKE IN THE FOTOS. Dark small room, can’t really open the windows. Check in was the worst. Lock wasn’t working and we could not get in at first. Had to wait for someone to come and resolve the issue. The neighbours house looks like a ghost house and the entire building isn’t renovated as in the fotos….which meant lots of noise and waking up on the middle of the night, hearing everyone coming to their rooms at 2 and 4am. It’s in a 4th floor without elevator, do t think of coming it’s big or heavy luggage. Super uncomfortable shower and toilet. Barely 1 person can get in.

I liked the location as it was easy to navigate the city of Lisbon.

The size of the room was insane. Due to the price of the stay and the size of the room it seemed a bit unfair. We stayed for 4 nights and were essentially on top of one another the entire time. If you plan on staying in this space with another person you should reevaluate.

I didn t know what means the word "andar". The room was on the 4th floor. It was my fault!

The location was great, in the city centre. Close to the main attractions.

The room and especially the bathroom were extremely small. Also the smell in the room was not so pleasant.
