Beautiful house, very spacious, all comodities needed, calm street, we even parked on the street for 4 days w/o any problems. The appartment is near by the central park of Lisboa and it takes less than 5min to reach the center on foot.

The building is 147 years, but the apartment we rented was renovated, clean and cozy. The location is amazing, nearby was a small beautiful park with action, specially at night. The area was very entertaining and well served by restaurants and a small market.

The noise level at night, the bedrooms are right on the street.

Location was central but not too noisy/busy. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

Location: The location is amazing, in the heart of the quaint neighborhood Principe Real. Lots of amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to all adjacent neighborhoods within 15-30 minutes. Style: Appreciated the decor and old charm of the apartment. Host: Miguel, who was in charge of our check in, was responsive and available through WhatsApp during our stay.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness level didn’t meet our standards, lots of spider webs, dust, bugs, patio/garden area isn’t well maintained, when it rains the water accumulates doesn’t drain and it gets all muddy. Grout and dust would fall off the oven fan when upstair neighbours would walk in their apartment. Noise: We weren’t in the apartment during the day during the evening the noise was extremely loud - neighbours upstairs and people coming in and out of the building make so much noise it’s unbearable and prevented us and our baby to sleep properly. You litteraly hear every step and discussion. There is also a lot of noise coming from the street, cars etc., and the bedrooms are on the street side, but this is somewhat tl be expected as you are in the city. Amenities: Shower overflows and water comes all the way to the floor, shower head isn’t properly fixated to the wall so grout is coming off and leaves a mess in the shower. No place to hang toiletries in the shower. Toilet paper dispenser isn’t properly fixated to the wall. No hooks for caps/jackets - would’ve appreciated that. Kitchen isn’t very well equipped, tupperwares missing lids, blender missing parts, some basics were missing; no aluminum foil, ziploc bags, Saran Wrap.. We had to cut our stay short of two days because the apartment wasn’t ideal for us travelling with a 10 month old. Overall all, many small irritant preventing this place to get a better score.

The apartment was in an ideal location up a quiet cobbled street in a residential area with a small shady park just round the corner surrounded by lovely restaurants offering a variety of cuisines plus handy small shops including a mini-market. A 10 min walk down to either the famous Tram 28 or a main road where taxis could be easily picked up. The apartment itself was well & comfortably furnished and the small leafy patio area was a bonus. Felt like home-from-home as well-equipped inc. a handy washing machine. Useful cooking items like oil & vinegar, salt & pepper plus tea had been left and the welcome bottle of wine with crackers. All in all a great place & would be happy to return and would definitely recommend!

Keys took a bit of getting used to. Needed some storage, hooks or option to hand garments in single bedroom and/or leading into 2nd double bedroom as only wardrobe/storage was in 1st double bedroom. Foam-filled pillows not comfortable and could be replaced with fuller more supportive ones.
