Location and noise from the street is considered good. However the people at the second floor makes the noise that the street does not.

The apartment needs lots of improvement. The AC system needed to be changed by us. It seems that last time it was changed was when we did it by our own.

"Lovely self-catering apartment in a lovely corner of Lisbon"

Location excellent on a quiet street. Good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Elegant rooms with lots of natural light. Comfortable beds and sofa. Our host was very pleasant and helpful even though we were delayed getting through the airport.

Small details really but a little attention to details like the seal on the cooker hood, the slightly wonky mirror hanging and a bit of sweeping and dusting in the communal entrance hall would all have tipped the premises into the superb category.

"Great location and excellent accommodation."

The property was just as described and very clean and tidy. The communication with the host was very good and it was easy to find. we had all the facilities necessary for our stay and the shower in particular was excellent. The location was safe and friendly with a small supermarket close by and a park with a refreshment kiosk just found the corner.
