L'appartement est bien situé. Il est très spacieux, moderne et climatisé. Il est également très propre.

- Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que personne ne soit venu nous donner les clés, et que lorsque je téléphonais à FLH, les appels étaient systématiquement refusés: il n'y a eu communication que par messages whatsapp et on nous a ouvert la porte à distance. J'aurais aimé rencontrer quelqu'un et avoir des renseignements de vive voix pour l'utilisation des appareils ménagers. - Autre grande déception: rien n'est prévu pour faciliter l'arrivée des vacanciers et nous devons nous précipiter au supermarché pour TOUT acheter! Pas une éponge, pas un torchon, aucun produit de première nécessité, rien pour le premier petit déjeuner...! Vu le prix, de quoi se faire un café et une tartine pour le premier matin pourrait au moins être prévu!

The apartment was clean and well facilitated. I enjoyed the location as there was plenty of facilities within a 10 minute walk

The front door system was confusing to use at first as it's all digital and required good timing

The apartment was very well kept, comfortable and far more spacious than we imagined. It was clean and comfortable. Stunningly decorated & the welcome team were on hand as soon as we needed them for the door. We were able to check in far earlier than expected which was a great help as a storm was rolling into Lisbon that afternoon. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with utensils etc. located in a lovely quiet street but nearby some great shops and restaurants.
