FLH Avenida da Liberdade Fantastic Flat

It was very clean and nicely decorated. It had all the necessary facilities and a great location. Even though we came at 1 in the morning, we had no problem checking in. The apartment was very big, with 2 fully functioning bathrooms. The kitchen is beautiful. The apartment building is also beautiful. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, only half hour walk to the city center. Metro is very close as well.

I would've liked more towels considering we were there for 6 nights.

Amazing location and property. Very clean and extremely well equipped. Both rooms have excellent ventilation and are super cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and the living room is really elegant. We don’t have to look for place anymore when we visit Lisbon!

No locks on the door.

The food suggestions were great. We liked that the apartment had easy access to Ave Da Liberdade. We also enjoyed the amount of space available.

It would have been great to have basic supplies available e.g. Washing Detergent, Shower Gel, Coffee, Tea and Sugar. We were only there for several days so we had to shop around for small size of the above and we couldn't find some of these supplies until we made it into the city.

The apartment was not clean at all. Toilets were dirty, mold was growing in the shower. We found long hairs everywhere throughout the apartment. We also found bread crumbs on the sofa and the chairs in the dinning room. The kitchen fan was disgusting full of dust. Furthermore, the staff was very unfriendly and rude. During our stay one of the toilets got stuck and the water kept running. They sent someone to fix it after 4 hours and when we called to ask for an update, reception was very rude on the phone. We are not sure if this property is also trying to scam people but at one point someone contacted us via WhatsApp asking for our credit card number. This scammer had all our information, he knew exactly the dates we were staying, the total price to pay, and even sent me a screenshot of our booking reservation. Again, we called the property and they didn’t want to hear much about the situation and the only thing they said was to not provide our credit card information. we are not 100% sure if the scammer works with this property but there was something fishy.

Perfect location, clean and modern.

Very comfortable apartment for a family stay. There was plenty of space for everyone, with a spacious sitting area and large dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils. The wi-fi was also good and we were able to do some work too. Great area to stay in, very central just off from the Marques de Pombal roundabout but on a quiet street with lots of restaurants in close proximity.

Picking up the keys somewhere else wasn't practical. Having some cooking essentials to start off with would have been appreciated (olive oil, salt, sugar).
