Lisbon Downtown Apartment Figueira

I had a smooth stay at this beautifully decorated flat. The check-in, and picking the keys was easy. The flat has an amazing view, and an excellent location. The wifi worked perfectly. The communication with the host was easy. Highly recommended.

One little piece of feedback: The carpet looked a bit dirty to me.

The apartment is in very good location in center of the old town with very good connection to train, bus, subway and the popular spots. The bedroom is quiet and cozy.

Booking.com is collecting city tax but some hosts are NOT aware of it? It was then collected/asked by the host again. Better exclude city tax from the payment and let the owner to collect to avoid confusion.

The apartament was very nice decorated yet functional and equiped. The heating system by Ac working as I traveled in winter. The view from the apartament was amazing, close to Alfama and Baixa. The checkin was smooth and the checkout at 11 A.M. well scheduled to enjoy until the very last moment the holidays.

It didn’t bother US but if anyone is very sensitive to noise, you can feel and hear the metro rumbling quietly beneath the appt. This is only noticeable when it’s very quiet, eg late at night.

The location is great, just next to Rossio station and metro, walkable to all main landmarks. very spacious, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen

behind the window in the bedroom there's a huge air conditioner of the businesses on the first floor, so be ready to not have any sleep in the morning, because it's extremely loud. the air conditioner in the living room was leaking, like pouring water really, and the owner said they will send someone to fix it, but never did. also, only 1 roll of paper for 4 nights for 2 people is a bit stingy. I usually don't expect to buy my own toilet paper when paying nearly 1000 eur for 4 nights. the door to the apartment has a lot of holes, so you can hear all the time people walking on the stairs and it feels like they're walking inside apartment. anyways, if you're looking for a peaceful rest after a day of sightseeing - i would look elsewhere.
