Nice View Apartment Bairro Alto

Great view over the roofs of Lisbon. The space was flooded with light and clean. Quiet street, yet walking distance to bars and exciting places in the city. If we're coming back to Lisbon, then definitely back here!

For us it was fine, but the staircase to the flat is very steep and narrow, so not very accessible for everyone.

Piccolo appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto vicino al centro e ai principali luoghi di interesse. Host davvero cortese e disponibile.

Grazioso ma senza riscaldamento. Scale super ripide per arrivare al terzo piano. Non presenta una buona manutenzione. Bagno freddo e acqua calda con boiler non attaccato. Pulizia così così. Tazze da rilavare

Posizione molto comoda per aggiungere le attrazioni principali e vicina a locali e ristoranti. Appartamento abbastanza pulito e proprietari accoglienti.

Scale ripide per salire. L'appartamento era abbastanza freddo, rimediabile tuttavia con una stufetta messa a disposizione.

Great stay in this apartment, a very charming place in the heart of Lisbon, close to public transportation, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is very well furnished and cosy. Very good communication with the owners.

Nothing really, but probably not suitable for small children or elderly people because of the steep stairs. Despite the quiet hours it can get noisy sometimes because of the other tenants or noise from the street, but nothing really disturbing.

The apartment is very centrally located, offering a pleasant view of the city center. It’s within walking distance of many main attractions, which is convenient if you enjoy exploring on foot.

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by several issues. Most importantly, I received no clear instructions about check-in. Despite messaging an hour before arrival, nobody was present, and the door was locked. My calls went unanswered, and only after contacting Booking.com customer service was someone eventually sent to open the door—after about an hour of waiting in the rain. Secondly, the owner has refused to provide an invoice despite multiple requests, including through Booking.com support. This lack of response is concerning and raises questions about proper business procedures. Other smaller issues included: very steep and narrow stairs (not suitable for guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility), worn-down furniture and appliances, and a slightly musty smell in parts of the apartment, which may be uncomfortable for those with allergies.
