Host was amicable and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious - beautiful historic building. Comfortable bed, kitchen utensils facilities ok (I haven't use the oven, but I presume it was working).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but there are several issues that need attention, especially considering the price. The biggest problem was the hot water in the shower. It would run hot for a few seconds and then turn cold, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. The front bedrooms can be quite noisy if the windows are open due to the busy street outside. On the other side of the apartment, the downstairs neighbour frequently smokes cigarettes, and the smell comes into the kitchen and master bedroom when the rear windows are open. A few small touches would also improve the experience. The kitchen only provided salt and sugar, and it would have been nice to have some basic cooking spices available. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee pods were provided. The sofa in the living room is very worn and could do with being replaced. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. The network listed in the guest book did not exist, and the other two networks visible near the router were also not working. As a result, the TV had no channels or services available either. Overall, it is a lovely apartment, but several maintenance and comfort issues need to be addressed. Given these shortcomings, I felt the property was overpriced for the value offered.

Hot water - there are multiple comments about it, but the host told us it has been fixed. It cannot be fixed without changing the gas heater! Direct lies. Then host hasn't admitted the problem to booking support either. It is impossible to take a shower or wash your hair - water changes from boiling hot to cold, and to none, within a minute. Cleaning is also far from perfect - looks good on the surface, but then something stinky on some kitchenware etc. We were travelling as a group of 3 - we were allowed AT MOST 2 key sets (would be great to have by number of people) No AC (only fans, can be a problem for summer) And almost no toiletries, no dishwasher tablets, or even oil, spices (of course we have bought our own, but still usually thereis at least something, and we were not impressed by cleaning, so as a first priority went to buy some tablets for dishwasher)

It’s not about the property, but the neighbors downstairs smoked all the time in the window so all this smoke went into our bedroom during the day and night)) 2 sets of keys would be great to have too, also correct wifi password in the email (there is a typo), and the name of the apt to mark 2esq so we won’t bother the neighbors:)) These are minor things nice to have and they don’t affect the experience much.

Nothing really we had a good stay.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in was really easy. Location was good. Quiet but not too far from the centre with a taxi.

No black out curtains or shutters in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. The ensuite bathroom had a drainage smell issue which made the entire flat smell bad. Even with the door closed. The showers were a huge issue. Checked the comments before we booked and a few people had mentioned a pressure problem and temperature issue. Multiple times the owners had commented saying they had fixed the issue but this was not the case. The water would stop mid shower and one minute was freezing then the next scald your skin. There were 4 of us staying here and this problem made getting ready a time consuming and painful experience. It also made having an ensuite point less as you couldn't run both showers at the same time.

We had a great time there. The apartment location is good, 10 min walk from Marques de Pombal and Avenida de Liberdade. The area is peaceful, can sleep with the windows open, and you have some coffee shops and small supermarkets just around the corner. The apartment is nicely decorated, the 3 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen and living room are big and fully equipped. It has everything you need upon arrival for a smooth check in. We were 6ppl and had a great time there. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and made everything very easy for us. Totally recommended.

Les lits sont confortables, radiateurs électriques efficaces et logement propre.

Les douches ont un débit et une température variable qui sont très difficiles à maitriser. L'eau passe de très chaude à très froide sans arrêt.
