Mãe de Água Apartment

Great Location, very nice flat with everything we needed. Only the hairdayer was broken and we searched for some towel-holders. But anything else is great and the neighbourhood is quiet accept from some noise from the airplanes. It was very clean and the bed was big and comfy. We definitely recommend this place.

This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The apartment was extremely dirty. The bathroom was full of mold everywhere, and the drain was completely blocked. Every time we tried to shower, dirty water would come back up and flood the floor, so it was basically unusable. They sent someone to fix the mold and the drain, but nothing was actually resolved. If anything, they made the bathroom even dirtier and just left. We couldn’t properly shower during our stay. Also, we had serious concerns about the cleanliness of the bed sheets and towels. After staying here, both my partner and I developed skin breakouts. This place is absolutely not reliable, and it feels unsafe from a hygiene point of view. I would strongly advise others to stay away for the sake of their health.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and very peaceful. After a couple of days, I felt right at home. It was centrally located with a Metro station nearby. It was in walking distance of many sights in Lisbon. Should I visit Lisbon again I would definitely return to this apartment.

Everything was fine.

Very good location and good value. Good kitchen area. Quiet neighbours. Plenty of places to eat out nearby.

No washing up liquid / sponge / teacloth in kitchen. Bizarrely we were provided with dishwasher tablets when there was no dishwasher. Only one set of towels for a 7 day stay. All minor niggly items which could have made overall experience of stay better.

Me hubiera gustado más , si las llaves hubieran estado el día, la hora y en el lugar pactado. Pero tuvimos que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar hasta el mediodía del siguiente día.

No me gustó llegar y no encontrar las llaves. Quedarme en la calle con las valijas hasta las 21.30 hs buscando otro alojamiento. Y obtenerlas después del mediodía del día siguiente. Pague 90 euros por una habitación y me reintegraron 90 euros correspondientes a la noche que no pudimos ocupar el depto. NAda de lo que pagamos y pasamos mal.

Apartament położony w fajnej okolicy. Blisko pizzeria, bistro, metro, przystanki autobusowe. Spacerkiem kilkanaście minut do Chiado, Alfamy, na zamek św, Jerzego.

Czystość w łazience, problem ze spływem wody po prysznicu, długie oczekiwanie na ciepłą wodę w kranie.

Location spot on.

Dirty. Floors and surface areas not wiped, dust everywhere, stains on couch and other spots, and fridge full of used breadcrumps, just discusting. Shower blocked if used more than 1 min. I understand old flat and so on but not cleaned properly is unacceptable. Have asked 2nd bedding set as my sister would sleep on the couch and paid 30 Euros extra. The "2nd bedding set" provided was a body and a face towel!!! After a few messages they eventually provided sheets, pillocases, duvet etc next day. Comms were frequent before and during stay but mostly automated, and not followed with actual value for money service. At least AC heating was OK. Will not return.

Localização boa, cama confortável, todas comodidades da cozinha em ótimo estado e o elevador que é indispensável.

Box do chuveiro muito pequeno e cheiro desagradável entre o corredor e o elevador ( não no apartamento).
