Nala Luxury Living - Santa Teresa - Costa Rica

Clean rooms, our housekeeper/cleaning staff was super efficient and considerate! <3 The rooms had beautiful interior design, and the apartment was well equipped. Lovely pool area, very instagrammable, location was great (close to the main road but still tucked away from the noise and dust). Staff usually responded within minutes if there were any issues or questions, excellent customer service.

The parking lot was small and driving to the property was a bit difficult, narrow and steep road to the house. The bedroom had a bit of a moldy smell, and I noticed it on my clothes after we left. :( On our last day, the pool was not in use, and shower water was disconnected for a short period, which was a bit inconvenient. In response, the staff offered a credit for our next stay in Nala, which was nice.

Stunning apartment, lovely pool and yoga space - kept very clean

There need to be more hooks in the rooms for towels and things, also the shower lets out a lot of water into the rooms

“Garden view” wasn’t amazing but not a big deal and lots of wildlife around
