Charming Apartment to feel Lisbon

La ubicación estaba muy bien, un barrio muy tranquilo de Lisboa, muy buena combinación del trasporte público con el centro de Lisboa.

Es ist eine kleine Wohnung, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer in absolut ruhiger Wohngegend, mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum “leben” braucht. Ricardo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der stats bemüht ist, den Aufenthalt so komfortabel und unkompliziert, wie möglich zu gestalten. Check in und Check out gingen sehr schnell und waren gut vorbereitet. Tipps für Lokale und Stadtbesichtigungen hatte er immer parat und er erkundigte sich auch zwischendurch, ob wir etwas brauchen würden. Als Gastgeber einzigartig!!! Danke Ricardo!! Was man wissen muss: Man wohnt direkt unter der Einflugschneiße, das kann mitunter laut sein. Ein Hund bellt ab und zu recht energisch… Nachts war es aber sehr ruhig. Mit der Metro oder dem Taxi kommt man sehr günstig überall hin. Reguläre Straßenparkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, ganz besonders wenn die Wohnung ein “Refreshment” erfahren hat.

In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles, was man brauchen könnte. Besonders, wenn man länger darin wohnen würde. Jedoch ist sie sehr in die Jahre gekommen und freut sich auf eine Renovierung, besonders das Inventar, wär erneuerungsbedürftig. Es könnte auch etwas sauberer sein. Haare im Bett und klebrige Küchenutensilien, fleckige Handtücher …

A very cozy place, well taken care of and thought through. The host is very responsive and pro-active, very well organised. We had lovely time!

Great cozy apartment, very close from the airport .The host was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area and different touristic destinations. The apartment was clean , kitchen was well equipped with everything and the host left coffee, tea bags and basic necessities that you need for cooking. We appreciated the little touches like the bottle of wine We only spent 2 nights but we needed more to enjoy the city.

I will suggest a different setup for the bathroom towels and the toilet paper. Also the decorative pillows and the blankets need to be cleaned a bit better.
