Alfama Apartment with River view

Location was perfect! Close to everything, including restaurants with fado music, shops, etc. The old beams in the living area were so cool. The views were so nice! The management company responded to our needs promptly.

The stairs getting to the apartment were difficult-very steep and somewhat uneven. If you have heavy luggage, we wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom was freezing (no heat). The seating in the living room was good for two, but tight for three people. The dining area was more of a foyer and we ended up needing the table for storage, so having a family sit-down meal was not possible. Storage was almost non-existent (nowhere to put clothes or luggage). Overall, this space is best suited to two people.

It's a unique place. Ok, it' rather small, with all the features of an old building (narrow stairs, low ceiling, bit of smell in the bathroom), but it's clean, comfortable and you will never forget the view from the balcony. Just few steps from the apartment you will find fantastic restaurants, bars and caffees. I will come back.

The overall comfort, the bottles of water that were left, also the treats :)

A smell in the bathroom, but that seems to be an avoidable thing for the region and old houses, so that didn’t bother us much.

Todo acorde a las fotos, muy bien ubicado para el turismo en la cuidad y súper completo en todas las cosas del hogar.

La única “pega” la habitación de arriba es una buhardilla, no aparecía indicado y los techos son bajos, por lo demás todo perfecto y su terraza increíble para ver amanecer

Location, clean, nicely furnished

Poor quality pillows, only one thin pillow per bed. Shower tray sloped and didn’t drain properly. Had to go to alternative location to get key. Should have key safe outside property.
