Ground floor is very ground floor... No panorama at all

The location was close to many of the sites we wanted to visit near Belém, but not in a busy and noisy area. We enjoy walking, but public transportation is close by. We had a great view, the apartment was clean, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We would stay again.

We booked the apartment the morning we checked out of our previous stay and the Bookings.com confirmation comes quickly after payment, so we thought we were set. The issue was the confirmation link from Bookings.com isn't what you need to actually submit your information for the rental and gain access. So there was a lag in getting our confirmation from the agency, to give them our information so we could get our access code. We were able to call the agency directly and get everything in order pretty quick.

Nice place.. quite.. very safely.. so amazing..

Out stay was pretty good. The size of the couch was good but not the bed. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and small. And also the utilities in the kitchen was pretty poor. But we felt safe and happy.

Great stay. Very comfortable and just like the pictures. The only issue is the water leaking from the shower box. Would stay ther again.

Excellent location!! The apartment was clean and family friendly. I’ll definitely rebook for my next visit.

It was lovely spacious apartment. Overall We had very good stay..I would like to mention few things that it would be good if we have more kitchen cleaning stuff like cleaning clothes, hand towels,dish washer tablets as per days of stay , Heater for cooler nights will be provided. Also given 1 star less for cleanliness due to shower cube was smelling bit mouldy. Apart from all this amazing apartment to stay.

Belem is a beautiful place. Our flat’s view was beautiful, overlooking the church and its garden. Our flat was on the top floor, carriying our luggage was a bit difficult. Location was convenient. Communication with our host was easy. Our host Mafalda was very kind and helpful. The accomodation meets all needs. Everything was good, except for the damp smell. The host put room fresheners everywhere which made the smell worse. It would have been better if she used lighter quality freshener.
