Plutôt bien placé.

L’appartement est très très humide ! La douche est mal faite, l’eau s’écoule partout. Un enfer. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans le salon, impossible d’aérer sans devoir ouvrir la porte qui donne sur la rue.
