"It was ok except property problems."

The location was OK, it was a little far from the city centre than expected. Property was good.

I had some problems whilst I was at the property. 1. The main door would not lock and was concerned for the safety of my family. I contacted the owner and she told me it was fine to just close the door and leave without locking it. 2. The property washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle when I was washing my family's clothes. I had to pay a mechanic to fix the washing machine and get my clothes out. I informed the owner and she just asked for pictures. She did not respond after that.
