Molto spaziosa e pulita

Purtroppo la doccia perdeva acqua e pochi asciugamani… Due camere non avevano le finestre

Era muito espaçoso tinha tudo no seu lugar uma boa localização , utensílios para tudo quartos apresentáveis , excelente para fazer jantares ou estar num convívio na terraza .

O cheiro do prédio por os caixotes do lixo cheira muito mal ao entrar no prédio o que dá um aspeto desagradável mas algo que se pode melhorar honestamente

Die Lage war toll. Der Innenhof auch. Betten bequem.

Es gab weder Müllbeutel, noch Kaffee oder Geschirrspülmittel. Seife und Toilettenpapier waren auch knapp.

La terrassa

La dutxa, surt aigua, i la comunicació ha estat pèssima amb el propietari, tant pèssima que no contesta el missatges, i ara que ja sóc s casa encara no ha contestat...

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y es amplio, eramos 3, pero para 6 esta perfecto (solo 1 ducha si). No habian toallas pero las proporcionaron muy rapido.

Las llaves hay que ir a retirarlas a otro lugar, la oficina de la empresa que está en otra parte de la ciudad (3,5 kms aprox) con maletas es muy poco conveniente. Sugiero que dejen las llaves en un candado para llaves y que se pueda hacer check in autonomo. El apartamento está bien de espacio pero falta mantención (ej: ducha no funciona, paredes con humedad, etc)

The apartment is spacious and great for 5 people. It’s not too far from the city centre.

The property did not provide sufficient household supplies for a group of five guests, including basic necessities such as toilet paper and garbage bags. Several appliances were poorly maintained. The refrigerator occasionally leaked, and the air conditioning units had visible mould. This created a serious health concern, particularly as one of our guests has asthma and experienced difficulty breathing due to poor ventilation. The bathroom was in poor condition. The door handle did not function properly, and on one occasion I was unable to exit despite not having locked the door. The shower door was also faulty and leaked, often causing the bathroom to flood. The property required a €250 bond. Given the poor maintenance and existing damage, I was concerned that pre-existing issues could unfairly be attributed to my group as damages. I attempted to contact the property regarding these issues, but my messages received no reply.

The location was good—quiet enough, with nice restaurants just a short walk away and convenient public transit access, including a bus stop right at the door. The apartment itself was spacious, with generously sized bedrooms and a pleasant terrace. One of the three bedrooms was especially nice, offering natural light and a window that opened to the back of the house.

We were particularly disappointed with the other two bedrooms. One faces a busy road with constant foot traffic, passing buses, and a bus stop directly in front of the window. The window has frosted glass that doesn’t open, so you can’t see out—but people frequently sat on the window ledge, and you could hear their conversations and even see their backs pressed against the glass. Not a comfortable experience, especially with cars and buses passing just meters from the bed. The second bedroom is below grade, has no windows, and feels extremely stuffy due to the lack of airflow. Turning on the AC in any room released a slightly unpleasant odor. The apartment appears to have a water issue—one hallway wall shows visible water damage. The shower also leaks and water would flow across the bathroom floor (which we reported to the host). This seems to be an ongoing issue, as there is visible mold in some corners. The apartment looks great in the listing photos—bright and spacious—but in reality, the lower level (which includes a bedroom, second bathroom, kitchen, and living area with terrace) is actually below grade, which affects light and ventilation. We were aware that key pickup was at a separate location, which was fine for us as we arrived by car. However, due to heavy traffic in Lisbon, we arrived about 30 minutes later than our originally communicated time, though still well within the agreed check-in window. While the check-in contact was very friendly and stayed in touch with us as we navigated to the pickup location, our delay led to a series of setbacks. The staff member wasn’t in the office when we arrived, and we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes outside. It might be worth rethinking the check-in process to avoid starting guests off with a frustrating experience.

Localização e espaço dos cômodos.

Manutenção em péssimo estado. Chuveiro não funciona direito. Limpeza também não estava das melhores.

Excellent large spacious home! We loved it. Tons of space for the 4 of us definitely good fit for 6

Downstairs bedroom due to the structure is located in the basement style area therefore the air is a bit stale. But, I think it’s a normal thing for such structures. We didn’t mind
