Location, balcony and plenty of room. Very clean place

There was no soap.

Location is spot on, we were just streets away from main attractions and plenty to do! Great area for wanting to venture out and explore lisbon and come back to a well kept and maintained property.

The apartment was large and spacious.

We were a family of six, and before we arrived, the host informed us that we would need to pay an additional fee on arrival due to the local tourism tax in Portugal increased several months before. The host was very intense on WhatsApp before the trip, which became quite tiring and time-consuming. Then, unexpectedly, the host messaged that he had fallen ill and wouldn’t be able to meet us, so a friend would hand over the keys instead. It turned out that the key was located 40 minutes away from the apartment, which meant we had to take two taxis just to pick it up—a very inconvenient and unpleasant surprise. Not a good start, especially when we all had a big luggage to carry around and we are not familiar with the city. When I finally reached the location to collect the key, this friend told us that we would have to pay double the tax, or he wouldn’t hand over the key. I felt extremely disappointed and scared, as it was already late, and I felt we were being scammed without knowing what to do. Frightened and unhappy, I paid the amount he demanded. Before we even arrived at the apartment, the price had been raised twice. When I asked if they could give us a discount due to the inconvenience, the friend laughed in my face and said, “Definitely not.” The apartment was located on a busy road with a street drain nearby, making it impossible to sleep at night due to the constant loud traffic. Very far from restaurants, shops, and the beach. Addition to that were the toilets very annoying and loud. After flushing, it took at least 20 minutes for the noise to stop, and it could be heard clearly in every room, disturbing everyone’s sleep at night. The whole experience left me feeling disappointed, miserable, and angry - gone as badly as possible, like the worst fears being realized.. This made our entire Lisbon travel experience negative from the start. DONT RECCOMEND!

They couldn't clean the accommodation in time, so we could only occupy it at 18:30. If you don't want to wait hours on the street, then avoid them. In addition, they offered to take care of our suitcases for 20 EU per package. The accommodation is not bad, but it could no longer compensate for the experience of entering.

Amazing apartment, very spacious and close to town.

Key collection is a bit far from the apartment but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is very spacious, enough room for a family of 5 or even 2 families. It is in general very well maintained. Location is good.

Communication with staff was not good. Never answer questions. We asked about if we need to clean out the garbage and there was no answer. Checked out with taking a picture of where we left the key, no answer till now( after 2 days). There was not enough toilet paper for 5 people spending 4 nights. No dish soaps either.
