FLH Bairro Alto Balcony Flat

Great location. Great views from balcony. Staff fixed the shower when I told them it was broken.

Cockroaches within the property. One went on me as it was on my towel after I used the shower. Showers are terrible. The shower head would come off when you turned on the shower. Big fridge wasnt working. They had a little fridge though. No coffee was provided. I asked if a single bed could be put in, instead of a double bed as it was a group of 4 friends staying but they couldn't accomodate this.

The host sent very simple instructions to get the key, and were responsive via whatsapp if we had any questions. The place was very big for four people, and had a large balcony which was perfect for drying clothes or having a drink on. Everything was very clean, and the air conditioners were powerful and kept the apartment cool. The location was also close to EVERYTHING (although a good 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station). The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, the stay was perfect.

The main fridge and dishwasher appeared to not be working, but that could have been our error, and a minifridge was provided that did work, so there were no problems!

The location was good and easy to find.

This is the first flat I rent where I felt the communication with the agency very transactional and not friendly at all (chat and phone). Secondly, at the check-in I normally have a couple of tea bags, coffee, or even a bottle of cheap wine. Not the case this time. The shower curtains and shower walls were dirty as well as the kitchen fourniture.

Great location, comfy beds, great size and value for money

Slight smell from main bathroom and some furniture getting a little tired.

Perfect location !

It would have been perfect if we could collect the key in a key box instead of collecting the key in a welcome center 2 km from the property.
