"Unprofessional and unsafe"

A man entered into the apartment while we were inside. It supposed to be a mistake by the agency, but we only get a small apology. Moreover, the man was rude and trying to put us out of the apartment before the check-out time. We were feeling very unsafe, it was not professional by the agency, so I will never recommend to rent an apartment with them.

"Great location, used to be an amazing apartment a few years ago, but it quite rundown nowadays"

Location, balcony

The furniture had signs of extensive wear and tear with some of it even broken and the couch missing half the seating space, covered up only with blankets. there was a horrible smell coming from the shower drains and half the lights were unfortunately not working.
