Mal trato por la responsable, se dañó la ducha y nos avisó cuando estábamos de viaje nos cambio de apartamento y nos trató mal por qué llegamos tarde hacer el cambio le escribimos y nunca nos respondió a tiempo le pedimos un reintegro de una noche por los inconvenientes y nunca contesto

La cosa più bella era l'ingresso della casa e la posizione del centro

Che per 10 minuti di ritardo abbiamo dovuto pagare 30 euro in più senza ricevuta e il divano letto non era stato preparato e le lenzuola sporche

We like the location and the well-furnished interior of the flat.

The water tank was broken on the last night of our stay, which led to a big flooding in the apartment. We had to remove everything from the floor upon discovery but some of our personal belongings were already soaked and ruined. I called the emergency support number around 4am to report the issue but they only managed to send a repairman over after 5 hours. By the time he arrived the entire apartment was flooded with no electricity, no Aircon and no water supply. We were so stressed and couldn't sleep properly due to the noise from the waterfall in the toilet. I'm currently asking for a refund on the last night of our booking and yet they never replied.
