The location was perfect and all in all the property was really good and comfortable.

The apartment needs a mini-repair, a lot of things are worn out, the walls are painted. There is a dishwasher, for which only 1 capsule is left. Also with a washing machine. The apartment has a mini-balcony, not a terrace. There is a hole in the kitchen ceiling. There is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules. Small things, didn't interfere with living, but considering the price, it's worth mentioning.

"Clean, affordable and spacious apartment"

Loved the apartment, spacious enough for 4 adults. Clean and easily accessible. Handy mini toiletries, enough for 3 nights. Whilst on a typical apartment estate, we felt safe and had no concerns making the 5 minute walk to the closest metro/bus stop

No complaints, just observations to improve the service: Basic essentials like dish-washing liquid, cloth and drying towels would be really helpful as you typically don't travel with these things. Would be more useful to provide these instead of the mini toiletries. Also, a few coffee pods and tea-bags, plus a mini milk on arrival, would be a nice and welcoming touch after travelling. Additional pillows for the double beds would make it more comfortable. 30-40mins out of the city centre so not easy to go back and forth during each day, however it's harder to find an affordable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the city centre.

Bon emplacement transports en commun a proximité. Environnement familial et Calme. On se sent en sécurité.

Appartement mal entretenu, beaucoup de choses cassées, des portes de meubles qui ne ferment pas. taches sur les murs et canapé, tV qui ne fonctionne pas. Manque de matériel pour cuisiner.Trous béants dans les plafonds, tringles a rideaux tombées. Odeur nauséabonde dans la cuisine. Problème d'écoulement de l'eau dans une salle de bain. Accueil indifférent

"Close by the metro station, nice for large family."

The appliances are great. Excellent heating system.

The apartment is well equipped but needing some refresh. The walls are very scratched, need new painting. The blankets are ok but the mattress is too soft. The suite is open (!) for the bedroom and it is not nice.

"Decent but apartment needs work."

Location, close to metro and to a decent convenience store

Plumbing issues, last 2 days we couldn't shower in one of the bathrooms. Apartment needs maintenance, should not be rented until is fixed.
