Plaza España Apartment

We liked the location of the accommodation, the apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy to deal with. Shops, transportation and main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were responsive and responsive to all our requests.

We would like a little more garbage can in the apartment. Other than that, no more downsides.

Very hard to find entrance. Suggest instructions on which metro station is nearest and how to find entrance.

Facilities were modernized and new. Had 3 tv’s each room had its own air conditioner. Location was great. Metro stop is steps away. If you need parking parking was right next to building

A little small but okay for 4 people.

The location was good if you could find it, which is extremely difficult to locate and adding to anxiety dropped off lugging baggage to a well hidden location.

It has had no love or proper servicing. The clothes cabinet was poorly glued and falling apart. The clothes iron which was needed was filthy and had a broken pin and could not be used. The washing machine had no instructions and after a technician arrived the following day to get it running, it stained all the clothes we washed. The aircon would not work and the room was stifling to sleep in. It was fixed the next afternoon, but the technician insisted on taking it with him. The kitchen is not functional in that there is a big pillar in the way, very dim lighting, knobs fell off stove for oven. I was expecting views as depicted in the promo, but instead marred by bars and fire escapes

Location is good and it was good value for money.

We had some drama to try and get into the room, and then to get out again. The instructions given were not clear at all.

The accommodation is excellent, well equipped, in a good location. The beds are comfortable. The girl who was in charge of communicating with us was very kind and nice.
