Close to Madrid down town La Gran Via and metro station and apartment’s finishings.

The building is little old and lack of customer’s service

The checkin process is the most complicated that I’ve ever experienced. More than 10 messages were sent to me from the property related to the check in process , which I found a bit inefficient considering we were really busy on the route and didn’t have time to read all of them

I loved the fully equipped kitchen as I did not like the local cuisine. Easy access to all roads. All the things we wanted to visit wear near (20min walk to the Royal Palace, 3min walk to Palace Liria, 1 hour walk to the stadium, 5min to the nearest supermarket).

The fact that the air conditioner wasn’t working. They tried to fix it, worked for one day then the next day did not work again.

Location is very good, although difficult to find at first. Plenty of noise in the street as it is a cinema / disco area, but that is only to be expected in that location. Amazing views from the window!!! Good quality bed, curtains which give almost total darkness. Good sofa, nice shower. Agency staff came to handle the key to the building instead of forcing me to walk to their offices, that was a nice action I appreciated.

Almost no cutlery nor dishes nor pots. Nothing, barely enough for one person. Only one big knife, ham-style, not a single small kitchen knife. No kettle for boiling water. No soap for the dishes, only one or two tablets for the dishwasher. The less suitable kitchen I have seen in many, many years. With 20 euros they could get enough stuff, with 40 or 50 euros they could equip it properly. This is a shame and I didn't get any reaction to my comments on that direction during my stay. The small bedroom does not have any window and I could only see bed for one person, despite it being advertised as a 4 people apartment. I am glad I was alone. I would not like if they change the physical key but some app-run entrance system, as they told me they were going to do during my stay. Please keep a way to get in that doesn't rely on having an smartphone & electricity, for god's sake. And plan that kind of work when there is no guest in the apartment!!!

The view from the windows, I seen the best sunset in the city. Also the picture in the wall up to the bed was absolutely my favorite things in this flat .

I think you need more communications between agency and guests at the beginning I couldn’t find the property in the map .

Location is perfect

The air conditioning was a joke I can say there is no air conditioning specially if you travelling during summer keep In mind it’s not an AC BUT JUST A AIR CIRCULATIONS
