Central Gran Via

great location.

Check-in: The process was seamless. A very helpful girl met us on time to hand over the keys and get us settled. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s right on Gran Vía with a stunning view of the street. Having a washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment was a huge plus for us.

Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived; the floors specifically were quite dirty. We also found the kitchen under-equipped, specifically missing basic items like coffee cups. Sleeping Arrangements: We booked for three people, but the sofa bed wasn't set up. We found the sheets tucked under the bed ourselves. Furthermore, the sofa was broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Apartamento moderno, muito confortável e bem localizado. A estadia foi excelente: tudo limpo, bem equipado e com uma decoração agradável. O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso e solícito, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. O apartamento tem uma vista incrível para a Gran Vía e ainda conta com um mercado bem próximo, o que facilita bastante no dia a dia. Como ponto de atenção, o elevador do prédio é antigo e, em alguns momentos, não funciona , o que pode ser um inconveniente, principalmente por estar no 8º andar. No geral, uma ótima escolha e eu me hospedaria novamente.

El apartamento está nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Madrid. La situación inmejorable en pleno centro y cerca de todo. Muy luminoso y con excelentes vistas a la Gran Vía. La cama de la habitación muy cómoda. El aseo muy moderno, bonito y cómodo. Apartamento muy recomendable

El sofá no es cómodo y como cama no es apto para 2 adultos, es recomendado para niños.

The location is prime, the apartment is new, in good condition, clean, safe, and the bed quite comfortable. Located on the top floor with amazing views, you can see and hear all the hustle and bustle below. (If you close all the exterior blinds it blocks out most of the late night and early morning city noise.) Most likely you know this is the case as you are staying on the exciting and busy Gran Via. Fabulous location. Walk to every historic and scenic spot on your list, Retiro included. Metro and bus stops are steps away from the door.
