Warm living Madrid

Все было очень чисто. Студия небольшая, но есть все необходимое для существования, мы были неделю, остались довольны. Очень понравился район местонахождения. По заселению в аппартаменты все подробно объяснили и ответили на все вопросы очень быстро. Все понравилось!

Really nice area with the underground about 8 minutes of walking from the accommodation and Mercadona at like 5-6 minutes of walking. We had everything we needed at the apartment. The staff is always at a message away to answer all the questions that you have.

It is quite small for a group of four people. When you open the sofa you don't really have space but at the end of the day just for sleeping it is alright. For us it was not an inconvenience.

Location. Very safe neighborhood and highly walkable. The place itself has been recently renovated.

No cleaning done during the 3 nights/ 4 days we stayed. Also, a bit too small for 3 adults and one 17 year old. More suitable for 2 adults as it is a studio apartment. We ran out of toiletries after the 1st day, and when we asked we were told to buy it ourselves. For almost $200 USD/night that's not value add at all. Overall 8/10

Extremely clean and newly renovated, very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location is well connected to the airport, but it takes some 50 minutes by bus to get to the center. The apartment was nice and tidy, it had everything I needed; I just had to ask for extra dishwasher pills since there was only 2 for a 7 days stay.

The object is one flat split into two apartments, so there's only a tiny wall between, and I could hear everything happening in the other object (walking, talking, housekeeping, even snoring).

The room was very clean, there is a bus nearby to the city and you can walk to the metro station so it's easy to get around. There is a big supermarket nearby to get what you need. The service team was very friendly and welcoming. We were a family of four, including two children, and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
