Everything you need is there. I could live in that flat for long time. Everything is nice clean and well designed. Perfect if you like to walk a bit cook a bit, just feel like you are at home. Perfect,

I would expect a little help like a little leaflet: what can I find near the flat, or where shall I go to see nice things, or little information about Madrid a hint for Pallela or something that a tourist will never find because we are not living in Madrid

Quality of apartment, ease of access, clarity of instructions to get in

The apartment was really clean, organised and pretty comfortable. We spent a good stay, even though it was a bit small for 4 people.

Perhaps the location, we got little difficulty to find the apartment the first day.

Tracing location was challenge during check in

Though the apartment is small, it had all the amenities, including kitchen utensils, some basic pantries as well as other day to day necessities. The apartment is in a quiet area, so good for nice walks, specially in the big Park close by. Not very close to central Madrid, but there is a direct bus service. Also well connected to other parts of town. A big Mercadona nearby, bars and restaurants made staying here quite convenient. We were late in check-in, but the host helped us in the process. And generally she was very responsive.

We stayed for a week, so it would be nice if there was a cleaning service during our stay. Some extra household items (like paper towels, laundry capsules etc.) would be better for longer stays. Not much sunlight during the day, because the apartment is in the ground floor. Also, there is some construction going on in the common area of the apartment (installation of elevator), so sometimes it can be noisy during the day, lots of dust and you need to be careful about carrying your luggage.
