"Appartamento confortevole e in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi."

Ci son stati dei problemi per il ritiro delle chiavi. Il check in era previsto per le 15,ma per permettere al servizio di pulizia di completare il lavoro sono stata avvertita di un ritardo di 30 minuti. Alla fine le chiavi sono arrivate alle 16.10.

"Extremely bad people / bad staff , bad management, scam , frauds"

There is nothing to like . Bad people

Don’t book you will regret , they scammed me for 200 security deposit , it’s fraud I guess , no refund , hard policy , their policy is only to protect them and their scam .

La ubicación. Una zona tranquila de madrid, habían varias cosas cerca. El staff contestó con amabilidad a todas nuestras dudas.

Un poco pequeño para 5 personas. La cama del cuarto principal era incómoda.
