La ubicación. Es muy central y cerca de lo interesante de Madrid como turista desde mi punto de vista

Una habitación en un sótano. Más que nada porque iba con personas muy mayores (3ra edad)

Owner very responsive to messages. Loved the quirkiness of the accommodation

Key code not sent the day before arrival as stipulated it would be. Sofa bed not made up on arrival as requested and had to contact the owner to locate any bedding for it. Floor to lower bedroom very dirty

L’appartamento è accogliente e molto carino

Consiglierei di fare maggiore manutenzione. Nella camera al piano interrato abbiamo trovato molti granelli di muro a terra e sopra ai comodini. Sopra al letto è stato installato un telo per fortuna. Nella camera di mezzo c’era puzzo di scarico. Consiglierei di aggiungere rotoli di carta.

Das Apartment hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Es war auch sehr sauber.

Die Zimmer hatten eine eigenartige Aufteilung und leider keine Türen. Ebenso befindet sich das Waschbecken quasi mitten im Flur. Hat uns in unserer Gruppenzusammenstellung nicht gestört.

"Repetiría, por calidad precio"

La localización era muy buena, y la verdad que estaba decorado con gusto y el lugar era confortable.

La habitación de ladrillo no es muy práctica porque apenas hay cobertura y de las paredes y techo cae tierra, en la cama lo salvan con una “pancarta” y genial, pero es cierto que la habitación se ensucia mucho con la tierra. La hora de llegada y salida un poco justa, me dejaron el apartamento a las 14:30, pero a la salida 5 minutos antes ya tenía a la chica de la limpieza y el apartamento no se limpia en 3h, en menos está listo.
