Madrid to heaven Apartment

Very modern setup. Heater works well. Warm and comfortable. Appreciate the 4th bed available for our use. Best was the toilet, bathroom and wash basin are separate so does not jam up when there are many people.

Little space to put our luggage. Not suitable for elderly as bedrooms are on different floors.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from all restaurants and gran via shops. Communication with owners was perfect with a very streamlined check in and out service. Apartment was very clean and all my family enjoyed staying there.

main living room was a little cold and did not really warm throughout our stay. Bedrooms were a good temperature after the first night. T.V needs updated as sound was not great when watching a movie.

The bottom bedroom was very musty. I never received the email with the check in and when we got to the property and tried calling we were hung up on several times. We found a local who called from his phone and the next thing I received the information . I have used bookings several times and have never encountered this before!

The place Is located in the right area. Close to diff amenities. Very clean

However the basement bedroom was humid cause there is no window for fresh air

Good location. Visually pretty but not very practical

There were no doors on any rooms and only 1 shower room that easily flooded so getting dressed was an issue. Rooms up and down stairs that were treacherous at night to get to the bathroom and for moving luggage Wifi didn’t work in downstairs bedroom, which was also stuffy and hot. No fans or air con downstairs . Only 1 key, poor communication from owner with pre-booking Comms on process not aligned to what actually happened on the day.
