Clean, modern and really central

Little bit noisy

It was very modern and cool. Great location!!

Towels, not enough. Only 2 hand towels for 4 people. No shower mat and no towels to spare. No kitchen towels. They send a message a day after I requested for more towels, but I didn’t see it.

Great location, close to popular areas but on a relatively quieter street. Nice and modern apartment with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The sink, toilet, and shower worked well and were all separate, which our group of 5 truly appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including laundry detergent for the washer-and-dryer-in-one. It being on the ground floor with an entrance onto the street was a positive aspect for us. It was also easy to contact the host for support upon arrival.

Because it's in a popular neighborhood, there is still some considerable noise at night from garbage trucks, passersby, and cars, as well as bright lights from the streets/neighbors. The downstairs bedroom was cave-like and, thus, humid and dank despite there being a small dehumidifier. The water kettle was missing the lid, which made boiling water troublesome—a bit of an annoyance for us as heavy coffee and tea drinkers.

The location is perfect. You can go everywhere on foot. Furniture and basic equipment are enough.

It could be a bit more cleaner.

The assistance of the lady that answered the phone. She was not willing to assist. The a/c was not cooling well. The washer didn't work.

The location was amazing

All our correspondence stated that the code for the door key box would be sent the day prior to our visit. In fact we got it at 3pm on the day of check in. We were worried so had to find someone who spoke fluent Spanish to call the owner. He was very abrupt and seemed annoyed. If we had been informed that we would only be given the code at the 3 pm checkin time we wouldn’t have had to worry. The washing machine leaked badly because of damage to the door rubber. Clearly the owner was aware of the problem. If he’d let his clients know perhaps we could have avoided having to mop up the water that flooded the unit. Not a good start. The neighbours were incredibly noisy till the early hours of the morning. Not great either😬

A very nice apartment, located in an exceptional place, since it is in the center of all the important things to visit in Madrid. The apartment is spacious, quiet and well decorated.

The apartment is in an exceptional location. It is very comfortable, well decorated and has autonomous access. Very clean.
