The property is really nice and very has a very good location

The location is perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quiet. The team at Cuencaloft are friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the parking which is very close by.

This property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and within easy walking distance of the Hanging Houses and the "old town". 2 bathrooms and more tha enough space for a family of 4 adults.

The check-in process was a challenge. The location of the Reception office was tricky. The lady at reception was a darling though and really tried to be helpful.

Comunications with the tourist must be done not only in spanish ! Even the answering machine on the contact telephone is speaking only in spanish asking to pres 1..2...3 etc if you want something that you do not understand. So we was not able to comunicate with them before arriving at the adress of the adiministration not of the apartement for taking the keys. We received a lot of email still in spanish !

We have asked for parking place - like is marked on booking.com with 4 month before arriving ! When i ask for the parking they said 'i am sorry we do not have parking free. Go to a garrage near by and tell them that you are comming from "Cuenca loft". You will pay only 15 euros (5 euros more than the 10 promises). We had to pay 25 (thenty five !!!!) euros for parking from 18 houres to 6 am. Not normal !

The people( greeters ) were very nice.

I did not like that we had to go to another property to pick up the keys. I was with a disabled person and had three bags. It was very digo for us to go to the property we rented because we had already paid for the taxi.
