Perfect location. Spacious and well equipped

Lack of heating. The weather got colder as we arrived, but the communal heating wasn’t turned on. We were unable to make use of the lovely living room because it was too cold.

Adrian from Cuencaloft is very helpful and organised a taxi to collect us at the railway station. The taxi driver delivered the keys to us and took us to the apartment. A great way to start the holiday after a long day's travelling. The apartment is located brilliantly for exploring the old city. It's worth paying a little bit extra to have use of the three bedrooms.

Spacious, comfortable, good location for sights, walks, transport and shops.

We were a couple in a three bedroom apartment. we were not warned that the 2 other bedrooms and the other bathroom were locked, we understand about trying to limit the use of the other rooms but what if we were a couple who required 2 bedrooms? The allotted bathroom was large, the hot water took a long time to come through, so a lot of water was wasted and the metal cover to the drain of the shower was not level with the tiling and we were concerned about potential injuries. perhaps access to the smaller shower may have been better.

Location was great, spacious and comfortable had all we needed

what a find! this apartment was ideally situated in Cuenca with shops, bars and restaurants all nearby. Cuencaloft agents were friendly and so helpful. The apartment itself was large and although the bathrooms are not exactly “on suite” they are large and well appointed. The apartment has everything you need. parking is nearby in an underground car park and I would advise that you go to here before the apartment as you cannot park outside the apartment (but it’s not far, 3 mins walk). A must in Cuenca is the cathedral and also the Red Road train. also worth a visit is the “Enchanted city”
