Very good rooms, prime location

Great location for work, very clean and tidy and had more than enough space for 3 of us, good shower and has a fridge and a table to eat at. Everything worked and wifi was good enough for 3 of us to use phones/tablets without problem. Couldnt ask for more for the money.

Nothing, it was what we needed.

We never got any breakfast in the morning. Nobody told us where to get breakfast.

We should have been told what time and where to get this breakfast. We ended up missing out. Shall we get a refund for breakfast?

The extract fan from the restaurant was really loud and you could also hear the kitchen staff working and talking this went on until 10-1030

Very clean and easy to get into property

Slightly confusing as around back of a restaurant. Car parking a bit tricky on arrival, early evening, but able to park outside restaurant on return from evening out. A Decent light above key box would have been helpful as arrived in dark

Nothing - although Southernwood will say I liked it, that was my first glimpse, I had to rush out and on my return I saw how it really was, see below

Raised complaint with Southernwood who don't leave a name of who is handling complaint (lack of transparency) for starters. I would not bother with this outfit whoever they are, you will pay the same amount at a recognised chain Hotel and have more consistency. The ad doesn't show how the room really is, didn't smell clean, rickety old chair to watch TV in which is not comfortable at all and around back of Restaurant and takeaways where disturbed through drunken behaviour and cluttering from restaurant. Door doesn't close easily and dark alley. Next to petrol station. I could go on...Quick to take your money and from other reviews looks like issues aren't addressed. It's like living in a second hand charity shop.
