It was ok-ish for one night, has everything you need.

The walls are so thin that you feel the next door neighbours are in the same room as you are. Sadly we had some noisy neighbours, and we could even hear the microwave beeping, so if you are looking for a good night rest, I wouldn’t go back.

This was a nightmare. Dirty with stained carpets and rickety furniture. The bed collapsed when I tried to lie down, there were no encaps on most of the struts so they were sliding around. Customer service moved us to an apparment upstairs but it was no better. In fact the mattress was a lump of stained foam rubber and again many of the struts had no end caps. After a very uncomfortable night we left early the next morning unable to stand another night. There was also no parking at the property and the roads nearby were all bordered with yellow lines and cycle tracks.

Microwave dirty & smelling. TV not working properly, sugar tub not clean. (Photo enclosed)Toaster dirty. Toilet roll holder rusty(photo enclosed) Toilet brush dirty. Stains on chairs. This Studio needs a really good clean before any else should be placed in it. I stay in Didcot regularly so won’t ever be using Southernwood again. Or recommending it.

Noise from neighbors. Thin walls

The studio was fine for two people, with basic crockery, cutlery, a kettle and a microwave. The heating was on and very efficient. Access is via a path behind buildings and public parking is available in front of some shops. There is a pub which does food about 200 yards away on foot.
