River city apartments

Property is brand new and extremely clean . White towers white beds sheets. Bathroom has heated floor . My room was extremely quiet , it was facing the inner court yard , I stayed in unit #3 . The check in is easy , one code works for outside and inside . Washer and dryer are right outside the room .

I received rather a large amount of messages , this property uses property management firm for communication so it spooked me a little bit before owner of the property calmed me down

Everything was clean and great.

Clean, comfortable, quiet enough and very quiet once windows closed. Great location.

Access was confusing. This is because I arrived in the evening and there’s no lighting at the door. There’s no indication that River City Apartments have (the very well set up) space within the apartment block. The photos help - in daylight. Also the initial instructions for access didn’t include the use of a “tick” symbol as part of the entry code. So code didn’t completely or work. For the first time in travelling g in Eastern Europe for weeks - my eSIM wouldn’t work….Luckily, given the lovely nature of everyone I’ve met on my travels, a young man stopped to help and we sorted it out together with experiments and his phone and both “flashlights” going on out phones and his local knowledge that a tick after entering a code can often be used. In Australia - that’s not the case. Once inside my apartment - all was great. Staff I texted to ask about various things and how to work them in the kitchen, were available immediately, did t know the answers (how the combo microwave oven worked or model number, or why the sink couldn’t be blocked for washing up… They recommended Chat GPT. Worked for the appliance. No help with sink - but coped fine.
