We paid 30 euro for late check out and went out. When we returned we found out that our door code had been canceled and we couldn't get into the the house and into the apartment. We phoned the staff and a woman answered. She tried to give us a new code but it didn't work. She couldn't understand that we were outside the main door and not outside the door of the apartment. She was giving us a new code to enter the apartment while we were still in the street and what we needed was the code for the main door to enter the house. And why did they cancel our door code at all? We paid for the late check out. It was very inconsiderate of them. The experience was quite traumatic as we needed to get into the apartment and grab out bags to catch a bus to the airport. Besides it was absolutely freezing to stand in front of the door with subzero temperatures. I hope the staff will use our difficult situation as a learning curve and will try to be more attentive to the clients in the future.

The apartment had everything we needed. We were concered it will feel to little but there were a lot of smart storage that made it easy for us to put eveything in place so the apartent didn't feel messy.

That it was not possible to cast from our åhone to the TV, it had netflix pp but it was not possible for us to open in because it was locked. It should've been open so we can log in to our own account.

The apartment was very modern, clean and warm with lots of storage and quiet. The kitchenette has a microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine and all the usual utensils, including a corkscrew. There was a dinning table with chairs. The bed was comfy and nice sheets. Large tv with all the usual satellite channels and Netflix. Didn't use Netflix so can't comment on the compatibility. The bathroom was lovely and warm with underfloor heating and electric towel rail. Great shower and spacious. Lovely shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower and hand wash by the sink. Nice to have a hairdryer too. The towels were big and fluffy. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer outside the apartment, but didn't have to use these.The location of the apartment was perfect. A couple of minutes from the bus stop. This is were the airport bus no 29 stops and only cost €1.50. On the street there is a supermarket nice pub and restaurant. The street behind the apartment is the pedestrian street which runs between the new and old town. Couldn't be in a better location!

It was a bit confusing once I had booked the appointment with booking.com as the Owlet property management sent me Whatsapp and emails asking for further information to confirm the booking. This included passport information cleaning fees and tourist tax, which I believed to be already paid through booking.com. You have to fill in the form, with bank card and proof of I.D. I guess they have to do it this way as the apartments are not manned and everything is online and so they can claim back the tourist tax and cleaning fees from booking.com. Had a problem getting into the apartment when we arrived as the code they sent didn't work. Message them and they replied straight away with a new code. Seemed like they sent the wrong code.
