The location was good

Review: The apartment is conveniently located, well situated, and the building itself is excellent. Security is very good, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the unit itself is very poorly maintained. There is a serious cockroach infestation throughout the apartment, including the kitchen, fridge, and bedrooms. The bathrooms lights do not work, and the bedside lamp in the main bedroom is also faulty. Basic amenities were a constant issue. Towels were not provided timeously, communication was poor, and we had to repeatedly follow up for essentials. The main stove is broken, with a two-plate stove placed on top as a replacement. Only one access card was provided for a unit accommodating multiple guests. The WiFi connection was unstable and kept going on and off. The basins were blocked and drained extremely slowly—we had to manually pump them just to get water to flow. Overall, the unit feels neglected and not cared for at all. Most disappointing is that the pictures on Booking.com are completely deceiving and do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment

The down side door of the fridge was not closing We didn't get WiFi password We were not told the schedule of the cleaners

NO FANS NO AIR CON LIGHTS NOT WORKING IN BATHROOM AND PASSAGE DOOR HANDLES BROKEN FROM THE BED ROOM YOU CAN VIEW THE TOILET &VICE VERSA COVERING AND HANDLES MISSING WE TRIED CANCELLING BUT SHOULD LOOSE THE FUNDS PAID 2 FANS WERE BROUGHT AT NIGHT ..LATER BRAND NEW IN BOXES SEALED WE HAND TO ASSEMBLE I VOLUNTEERED TO FIT LIGHTS IN EVENT SPOT LAMPS WERE BROUGHT ADVERT SHOWS A SEA FACING VIEW WHICH IS MISSLEADING

The location is perfect.

Not up to my standard. Aged, needs a bit of repairs on basics, (kitchen, doors and bathrooms) and not well maintained. No housekeeping during the duration of your stay.

The apartment is in a great location, closer to Ushaka, the harbor, clean beach. Check in was pretty easy

The apartment was untidy, some old paint and broken cardboards. Not well maintained. I could overlook that since it was only one night, but i would never do a longer stay. I contacted the host for wifi access, but there was no response.

I love the friendly service from the security at the gate to the security in our building. Secondly it was the area where the place is. It's quiet, safe and close to tourist attraction places like ushaka marine like it's walking distance. 3rdly it's the convince I had when I had to extend my stay here it was simple. And lastly my room it had everything I wanted the view, cleaners, TV, WiFi kitchen stuff like everything is here. Definitely I'll be here every month now when I am free

I wish I had more days to stay even much longer that's what I didn't like🥲
