the toilets for the main bedroom was not functioning well and the light are dim

The showers worked

The bathroom has no lights, the toilet makes noises the entire night, and the balcony door is a struggle to open and even harder to close. The other toilet leaks water on the floor. Wifi is not even available, and that wifi pocket router isn't for use in such a place, never worked maid kept collecting to try to get it to work. Couches are absolutely super uncomfortable I wasn't happy and Id never book that apartment again, what's the point of booking a place without a seaview, coming from Gauteng the least we could have is a seaview. Main bedroom bed is so small and very uncomfortable, my back and my wife's back is still sore from trying to sleep on the bed which is big enough for a single person.

We couldn't get hold of Busi. We sent messages even email, but there was no response.
