The property was ok.

The deposit requirement of R2,000.00 and the 7 days refund period was the only negative aspect of the booking, but nonetheless complied.

How we were treated by the hosts.

I was kicked out for unjustified complaints and I didn’t get a chance to get alternative Accomodation and my refund issue is not being ignored.

Location was great, Parking was provided.

1. Stained / dirty towels provided. 2. Only 4 towels were provided when we booked for 6 guests. 3. No keys were provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms so no privacy. Locksmiths had to come out the following day to install new locks and provide keys. 4. Electricity was left with 1.56 kW and I had to request more. 5. No dish cloths or kitchen swabs provided. This was only provided on the third day. 6. On booking, I advised that I will be using the gas braai only to find there was no gas in the bottle. Gas was provided the following day after check in. 7. All the blankets were stained and really dirty which was not usable. 8. One of the bathrooms has black mould which is really harmful to peoples health. 9. Cleaners were provided after I had to request them and was advised that this service is provided at an additional cost of R350.00 per clean. 10. Host did not answer my call when I tried calling but responded via WhatsApp a few minutes later after me trying to call and when I asked the if I could call her, zero response received.
