Location excellent, quiet area but easy walk into busier areas for shops, restaurants etc. property a good size

Apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived! Contacted number given who would only text and not speak on the phone which would have been a lot more personable. Had to go out of apartment for a further 2 hours for cleaners to get in after a long drive there so wasn’t too impressed at all! Pouffe in master bedroom in shreds and needed thrown out.

Beautiful apartment. Has everything you need. Very comfortable and a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Durham

Did send a message to the owner and didn't hear back, so if it's an emergency, you are on your own

Fantastic position - hidden away and private, yet close enough to walk into the city. The flat was very cosy and warm, beautifully light in the mornings. V comfy sofa and quirky decor.

Beware the improvised cutlery and utensil draw in the cupboard…could be a bit dangerous.
