Location was superb, couldn't ask for better. So close to everything including the metro. Very easy to get around. Very useful to have an elevator/lift too, a bonus for Lisbon.

Location and appartment are excellent. I like automatic lock so you do not need to meet someone before entering apartment.

Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent very close to the city centre and shopping areas, many nice restaurants nearby which was very convenient. The host was very nice let us keep our luggages earlier than the check-in time, much appreciated. The AC got a little problem and the host arranged to get it sorted the next day, very efficient. Kitchen facilities are very good and sufficient.

Just a little disappointed it was the missing of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom on our first day, the host replenished it the next day. Not providing enough toilet tissue paper, just 4 rolls for us but we have four guests and stayed for 4 days.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was spacious enough, bright, everything needed was available. Very close to many museums, monuments, tram stops, restaurants...

In the first evening we discovered a problem with the shower, due to a broken button it was not possible to switch the shower head from overhead to manual. We could not get in touch with anyone as they did not respond to messages or phone calls. Finally, after a long time, we managed to make it work, but it was very inconvenient with small and tired children.

Fantastic location & the apartment was very comfortable. Once we worked outlaw to get into the correct section of the building everything went perfectly.

It was probably a translation problem (Portuguese to English) but we were very confused about where to find our room. It was in a separate section of the building our Taxi dropped us to - could find lots of apartments on our floor but not ours. Our apartment was in the same building But in a separate section of the building that had a separate entrance - a note in the instructions would be very helpful about entering the building via the door at the correct street number rather than what looks like the main entrance.

Access was through a key pad and all of the details were sent in advance. The location is great, quiet and the apartment had plenty of light coming in. It was located on the same road as the metro station so transport to and from the airport was simple. When I had a question the host's response time was really fast.

We liked everything about it

We found the apartment to be spacious, light and very comfortable. It is in a great location close to the riverfront, the Metro, plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants, but the soundproofing meant we couldn't hear any noise when we closed the windows. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed.

A very minor thing - the bathroom could do with a little attention. As there is no lip on the shower tray, the bathroom floor flooded slightly, and the towel rail and toilet roll holders were a little loose from the bare plaster walls.
