We had agreed to call the manager before our arrival, but he didn't answer! Instead, we got repeated automated emails. Bathroom

This is a great property, in a great, great location, in the best of downtown Lisbon. What sets it apart however is Ricardo, the host. I received first class attention, going above and beyond. Definitely recommend the property and its host This property is in a relatively flat (for Lisbon standards) area and very close to great restaurants, venues and commercial streets. It sits on a quiet block, while also being just steps away from the action. Ricardo took great care of our every need, being by very responsive and accommodating, even helping us with transportation booking.

Location was great, washer and dryer came in very handy as this was half way thru trip! Apartment overall was very nice and spacious

Beds were not very comfortable 😞

Location was a 10/10, just 2 minutes from the Metro Baixa Chiado (exit Rua do Crucifixo). Rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay again!

Great location, very comfortable, it is better than the photos. Joao the host was very nice. The neighborhood is very good located and the area is very safe.

Top floor apartment with lift. central location but quiet. Big doors that you can open so lots of fresh air. Nice design.

Beds we a bit hard. We had a few problems getting door from street unlocked.

Great apartment with lots of space. I would stay here again. Quiet and close to everything. Excellent for friends or families who need a kitchen and laundry facilities.
