It is a very spacious apartment, comfortable for 5/6 people, very well equipped and with a good location

Everything was perfect for a 5 member family

The property location was great but the apartment could do with a refit .

The two single beds were very creaky . The bathroom off the hall way needs to be refurbished as it is not up to standard.

It was extremely spacious.

Could have left a few more dishwasher tablets and there wasn’t enough cutlery. However when I asked for more cutlery it was delivered very promptly. So excellent customer service on the part of the staff. Thank you.

- Located in a nice neighbourhood. - Outside Parking and garages available. - Nice balcony. - Supermarkets nearby.

- Elevator not working, apartment located in 2nd floor, stairs very uncomfortable. - Entrance very dirty and smelled of piss. - No soundproofing, could get very noisy. - Pillows were dirty. - Lack of facilities (No coffee capsules, no sugar, no tea spoons, no saucepan) - Low luminosity in the apartment, some bulbs were not working. - Two Beds in one of the rooms were unstable, impossible to sleep at. - Apartment far from city center, closest metro to chiado for example is 13min away by foot.
