Elegance & Charm by LovelyStay

Everything was clean and very comfortable. Location was good for us and metro was not too far away. Nice quiet area with a great supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. Beds very comfortable!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the ceiling/floor above must have been thin as we could hear people upstairs walking around as though in the next room. Kitchen had appliances, cutlery/crockery but no teaspoons.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. There is a Metro nearby (5 min walk) that brings you/ takes you directly to the airport. Transport into the centre of Lisbon is easy either by bus or by Metro. There is a nice cafe very close by and there are plenty of places to eat or drink within a reasonable walk. The apartment is comfortable with enough comfy seats in the lounge and chairs at the table for 5 people. There is no air conditioning but the temperature fell at night when we were there (Mid July) so we didn't miss that. There was a coffee machine, kettle (unusual for Portugal I think) and toaster in the kitchen as well as the usual equipment although we didn't cook there. There is a long enclosed balcony off the kitchen (with large windows) where you can dry clothes.

The lift starts at a half-landing above street entrance and stops at half-landings between floors so you have to carry luggage up stairs which might be a problem for some people. The floors are wooden and the occupant above us was very heavy-footed and a bit noisy. They also played very loud music on our first night until about midnight. The beds were a little hard for us.

Very light and bright, spacious to spend time with a group of friends.

Toilet seat on double room was broken
