MANY cockroaches!!! Most of them very small but tens of them all over the place….. would be a 10 if not because of this :(

The location.

While the hosts were very kind and responsive, unfortunately, the apartment itself was in poor condition. The space was shockingly unmaintained—the fridge was rusty, making it feel unhygienic to use. There was no ventilation, leaving the apartment stuffy and uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather. Basic amenities were missing, including a kettle. Worst of all, cockroaches were present, clearly indicating poor cleanliness and maintenance. This property does not meet basic standards of comfort or hygiene, and I would strongly advise travelers to book elsewhere. Avoid at all costs! This listing should be thoroughly inspected before being allowed on your platform, as most accommodations maintain high standards, as reflected in my previous stays and recommendations. Given the unacceptable condition of this place, I kindly request a refund.

The apartment was quite dirty, and we spent the first evening getting rid of various insects in the kitchen area; because of that, we gave up cooking in the apartament. The sofa bed was broken : several slats were missing, and later we found one of the them in the wardrobe. We had to fix the bed ourselves. Moreover, one of the provided blankets had a horrible smell, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Although some amenities had just been installed (the boiler was new, as was the shower), the furniture was clearly outdated and assembled in a very basic way. The area is great—very central and well connected—but at night it gets quite lively, and the constant coming and going of people, including some odd individuals, made it hard to get a good night’s sleep, especially since the apartment is at street level. Overall, we were disappointed with the stay, which we found excessively expensive given the general condition of the apartment.
