Nad našim stanovanjem letijo letala vsakih nekaj minut, odspodaj je železniška postaja in vlaki vozijo neprekinjeno, bližina mosta je moteča, veliko prometa,hrup siren policije,prva pomoč,gasilci.Ni mize in stolov da lahko poješ kosilo.Ni tako lepo kot na slikah

Nos gustó que se aparca bien. La terraza es chula con vistas al puente . En la zona hay cerca supermercado restaurantes y cafetería. Cerca el tren y el bus( ya que para ir al centro está a 40 minutos a pie)

Faltode mantenimiento en general. Es un segundo sin ascensor. Yo no lo recomiendo ni para gente con movilidad reducida ni para niños...Si lo recomiendo para parejas agiles y que tengan coche porque se aparca bien y no es zona azul. Por lo que vi es complicado aparcar más en el centro y todo es zona de pago. Es una pena porque el apartamento podría estar más agradable con algo más de atención

- Great view of the bridge. - Nice balcony - There are 2 train stations close by, trams and bus routes all available. - As the apartment is in the roof space, there is no noise from neighbours - There are some quite nice restaurants and coffee bar areas a short walk away.

- The mezzanine is small. Only just room to walk around the bed and no space for reading lamps or power sockets either side. Light switch on the other side of the bedroom is inconvenient - The ladder to the mezzanine is precarious. I am an active 53 year old but did not like using the ladder and felt unsafe. - There is no sound-proofing in the loft space and so it is very noisy from the air, car and rail traffic. - There are no dining table and chairs so you need to eat food on the sofa. - There is no room to change clothes upstairs so the only area for eating, sitting and changing is in the main area. - There are a number of policies and rules that we were sent that I could not see in policies on the website, I was most surprised to be monitored with noise detectors. The list that I received on arrival in Lisbon is… Apartment Rules: 🚫 No more people are allowed than as indicated in the reservation. 🚭 No smoking or vaping allowed. 🚫 No gatherings/gatherings of friends are allowed. 🔇 Quiet time policy, from 21h no noise is allowed in the apartment. 🏢 Always respect neighbors and their requests. 🏡 The terrace can only be used until 22:00, after that time it is not allowed. 🗣 There are noise detectors in the apartment, hosted to capture any type of sound. 🔈It's not allowed to make noise in the building stairs when entering the apartment. 🧳 When arriving with your luggage, you must be extremely careful not to hit it against the walls of the building or apartment, in order to avoid any damage. ⛔ In case any item is found broken or damaged, the corresponding amount will be charged. ⚠ If some of these rules do not occur, other measures will be taken. - The apartment is on a steep slope which is a challenge, and at the top of 3 flights of stairs.
