Falta de luz en el espejo del armario. El sanitario se mueve. Deberían de revisarlo párese que no está bien pegado del piso y sale mucho olor a aguas residuales.

Die Unterkunft war unzumutbar: starker Geruch nach Anti-Schimmel Mittel, Schimmel im Bad, Defekter Vorhang der Bad/Küche/Schlafzimmer trennt, schmutzige Handtücher mit Flecken und Löchern (auch Ersatz beschädigt). Extrem laute Partymusik bis 4 Uhr ließ das Gebäude beben. Nach erster Reaktion antwortete die Gastgeberin nicht mehr. Ich würde diese Unterkunft NIEMANDEN empfehlen!!

Eu gostei muito da localização , bem centralizado no bairro alto , apartamento limpo e bem confortável, a cama grande , quando eu voltar a Lisboa quero ficar nesse apartamento novamente 🥰

It was very central, great location, easy access with a code system.

Badly insulated, the windows would need a strong double glazing as there is a bar just below which has very loud music until 3 am! The curtain of the bathroom was not stable and fell off.

The property was very easy to find, close to a metro when coming from the airport and in a convenient location.

The window was a little cracked.

The studio was clean and comfortable. Well equipped with huge tv (which I never turned on),hob, microwave and fridge. But being right in the centre of the Bairro Alto there were plenty of great restaurants nearby and lively bars. These don’t generally open until late afternoon till late. Comms with owners was brilliant and entry is by code, so no chance of loosing keys! It’s on the second floor with no lift so not for anyone with mobility issues. I’m 67 and found it ok though. Because you’re in the centre of the lively district it can be boisterous at night so if your a light sleeper who retires early take some earplugs (I’m the reverse 😂). Getting around was easy. The metro fare from the airport was £1:96. An uber between £10 - £13. In summary, this was a perfect property for a city break.

bathroom without a door, but with a curtain. ruined and uneven floor. miniature bathroom, no electrical plugs. bad smell from the shower pipes. old and half broken window.
